About Our Program

In Matthew 19:14, Jesus said, “Let the children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”

It is our aim to help the whole child develop emotionally, socially, intellectually, physically and spiritually in a loving and accepting atmosphere. Through positive experiences with other children and adults, and genuine love and support from the teachers, your child’s self-esteem and joy in Christ’s love will be enhanced.

We are a play-based program with numerous hands-on opportunities for children to explore the world. Creative opportunities are numerous with emphasis placed on the process rather than the product. Sensory play, music, and large motor skills are daily staples of the program. Because we are a mixed age class, we have children of varying developmental stages, and we are well-prepared to meet them where they are! A snack is offered each school day, with children providing input on choices and occasionally helping with preparation.

Policies

St. Peter’s Nursery School requires that your child be at least 3 years of age by December 1 of the year of enrollment. Enrollment is limited and based on a first-come, first-served basis.

A registration fee is payable upon enrollment, and tuition is due the first week of each month from September to May.

All children must be immunized in accordance with New York State’s school entrance schedule, and an updated immunization record is required for each student enrolled.

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 9:00-11:45
$40 registration fee, $180/month tuition
