St. Peter’s in a Nutshell
St. Peter’s Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Upstate New York Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
Our congregation was founded in 1831, making St. Peter’s the first Lutheran church in Oneida County. In 1996, the congregation dedicated its current Worship Center in Verona after more than 160 years at its former location in Churchville near New London.
Today, St. Peter’s continues to be a place for worship, learning, fellowship, service and community outreach.
Sunday worship is held at 10:00 AM, with Holy Communion celebrated each Sunday.
