Planning Your First Visit?
We’d be glad to welcome you to St. Peter’s. Here are a few things that may help you feel comfortable before you arrive.
Come As You Are
You’ll find people dressed in everything from a suit and tie to jeans and a T-shirt. Most people fall somewhere in between. There is no dress code — wear what makes you comfortable.
When Should I Arrive?
Sunday worship begins at 10:00 AM. Arriving a few minutes early will give you time to come in, find a seat and get settled before worship begins.
Where Do I Enter?
St. Peter’s has two main entrances, and either one is a good choice when you arrive. Come in whichever entrance is most convenient for you.
What Is Worship Like?
Our worship includes prayer, Scripture, music, a message and Holy Communion. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you are comfortable.
Accessibility
Our building is wheelchair accessible. If there is anything we can do to make your visit easier, please let us know.
Holy Communion
Holy Communion is celebrated every Sunday at St. Peter’s.
We believe this is not simply St. Peter’s table — it is God’s table. All are welcome to come forward and receive the elements.
If you are visiting and are unsure what to do, simply follow the congregation or feel free to ask one of our members for help.
Children & Families
Children are always welcome at worship.
We are working toward offering nursery care again during Sunday worship beginning this fall.
The worship service is also broadcast throughout the narthex, hallway and nursery room. Parents or caregivers who need to step out with a child can continue to hear the service without missing what is being said.
