Online Worship: Twenty-second Sunday after Pentecost—Feeling Seen

The phrase “I feel seen” means “I feel recognized, acknowledged, respected. Someone else understands me.” On his way to Jerusalem, Jesus encounters a blind man who has been silenced and ignored by his whole town. Their conversation leads to everyone in this story finally being “seen.”

This worship service includes Communion as an extension of the table at St. Peter’s on Sunday, October 24, 2021. You may want to have bread/cracker and wine/juice ready before you watch. The Bible readings for this worship service are: Jeremiah 31:7-9; Psalm 126; Hebrews 7:23-28; and Mark 10:46-52.
