Online Worship: Storm Sunday

There is no shortage of storms in our world today, whether in weather, politics, or the state of the human heart. Storms originally had a purpose to play in creation, but today they have grown unbalanced in intensity and power. Jesus doesn’t prevent storms. Nor does he stand apart from them. But he is with us in the heart of the storm, and he will not leave us. No matter what.

This worship service includes Communion as an extension of the table at St. Peter’s on Sunday, September 14, 2025. You may want to have bread/cracker and wine/juice ready before you watch. It also includes the baptism of Hudson Michael Savachka. The Bible readings for this worship service are Job 28:20-27; Psalm 29; 1 Corinthians 1:21-31; and Luke 8:22-25.
