The weeks of summer coincide with the beginning of the Pentecost season. Summer brings sunny warmth, growing crops, and the promise of harvest: images of the Holy Spirit’s presence and activity in our lives, the church, and the world. Hosea speaks of God’s presence as the dawn, as a gentle shower, as light. In our life together as a community of faith, what needs light, warmth, and watering to grow and flourish?

This worship service includes Communion as an extension of the table at St. Peter’s on Sunday, June 7, 2026. You may want to have bread/cracker and wine/juice ready before you watch.

The Bible readings for this worship service are Hosea 5:15-6:5; Psalm 50:7-15; Romans 4:13-25 and Matthew 9:9-13, 18-26
