What’s the point of it all? Some days we are tempted to just give up and quit trying. Today Jesus tells a parable about a corrupt judge and a persistent widow, and we hear an old story of Jacob the patriarch wrestling with God. They remind us that giving up is not an option. Even when we are discouraged and disappointed, God will not give up on us.

This worship service includes Communion as an extension of the table at St. Peter’s on Sunday, October 19, 2025. You may want to have bread/cracker and wine/juice ready before you watch.
