Our saints are not only our loved ones who have gone on ahead of us (as important as they may be). Saints are those who taught us what it means to have hope in Christ. They persisted in dreaming the impossible dream of a world filled with God’s peace and reconciliation and healing. They showed us what it means to work for a future that we may never see.
This worship service includes Communion as an extension of the table at St. Peter’s on Sunday, November 5, 2023. You may want to have bread/cracker and wine/juice ready before you watch. The Bible readings for this worship service are Revelation 7:9-17; Psalm 34:1-10, 22; 1 John 3:1-3; and Matthew 5:1-12.
