Online Worship: Maundy Thursday—Defined By Love

On the night before Jesus’ crucifixion and death, he ate a final meal with his disciples, washed their feet, and gave them a new commandment: Love one another as I have loved you. That love is much more than human affection; it is both the overarching principle and the deep foundation that guides and defines all who would follow Jesus.

The Bible readings for this worship service are: Mark 14:3-9; John 13:1-35; and Mark 14:27-42.  In this worship service, you’ll be prompted to gather different items from your home to create a prayer table about this important night.
